Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Smellyz, we want you to be completely happy with the fit of your new wellies.

Size Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative size, subject to availability.

To request a size exchange:

  1. The wellies must be unused and unworn, apart from reasonable fitting indoors.
  2. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Please contact us before sending your wellies back.
  4. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original pair to Smellyz.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned wellies, we will arrange for the replacement size to be sent to you.
  6. Exchanges are subject to the required size being available in stock.

We strongly recommend trying your wellies on indoors and checking the fit before wearing them outside.

Refunds

Our standard returns policy is to offer size exchanges rather than refunds.

However, there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is appropriate. If you believe your circumstances require a refund, please contact us at:

Please note that nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

Faulty or Damaged Wellies

If your wellies arrive damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
